2 COOL 4 GRAD SCHOOL - why don’t you get off tumblr and go outside? it’s sunny. go for a hike or a walk in elysian park and bring a book and read it on that bench that’s like 3/4 of a mile in and has an amazing view of downtown. the internet is terrible and makes you feel like you’re in an endless void. my excuse is that i’m in an office, on deadline, and thus can’t possibly do anything else.

Unfortunately, I work for corporate America and I’m tethered to my desk. What’s worse — I’m less than a mile from the beach and I’m not allowed to leave my desk because it’s our busiest time of year here.

Sigh.
